When will I receive my Beauty Box?

Boxes are dispatched on 25th off each month. E.G. if you ordered on the 1st of the month, your first box would be due for dispatch on the 25th of the same month. If the 25th falls on a weekend or a bank holiday, your box will be dispatched on the next working day.

How does the monthly rolling plan work?

You will be billed on the anniversary of your first payment for your next box, or if you ordered after the 10th of the month, on the 10th. You can cancel this plan anytime until you are billed. Once billed, we assign your box and therefore it is not possible to cancel until the following month. 

How does the 3 & 12 month plan work?

You will be billed on the anniversary of your first payment for your next box, or if you ordered after the 10th of the month, on the 10th. You are tied into the fixed term, of either 3 or 12 months, depending on the plan you selected. To exit your contract early, you can pay the price difference on the saving of the box. E.G. If you were on our 12 month plan, you save £5 per month. If you wanted to cancel after 3 months, the cancellation fee would be £15. You have a 14 days cooling of period to change your mind. 

Can I send the box as a gift?

Simply complete the subscription process using your own details as the billing address but complete the shipping details with your recipient’s address.

Can you send my box to my work address instead of home?

Yes of course. Simply complete the subscription process using your billing address but then use the shipping address details of the property you’d like your Beauty Box to be delivered to.

Can I change my address part way through my subscription?

Yes of course.please email contact@girluxe.co.uk with your change of address. This must be done by the last day of the month before the box is due to be delivered to. 

How do I cancel my Subscription?

Email us at contact@girluxe.co.uk with the email title ‘Unsubscribe’ and we will process it for you, or you can manage it from your account.
